Sweet baby Girl

Dear my sweet baby girl,

I can't believe you are growing up so fast. You are now 6 and 1/2 months old. You eat solid food and love to drink water from a straw. You roll over and over and over but rarely roll back. You don't really like to play by yourself but love to be held and played with. You will sit in your seat and play with your music maker for short times as long as we chat with you while you do it. Being alone...not really your thing.

We spend Monday's with Grandmama and she loves to spoil you rotten. You get whatever you want when you are with her. Mommy likes it too because she gets a little break. You love hanging out with the dogs and cruising around the living room in your walker. Something about the freedom to go where you want works for you.

You get to see Nana on those days too. It's one of my favorite times in the week. Seeing you with two of my favorite people. We will have to get a picture of the four of us together soon.

You stand up now while holding on to the table. It's amazing to see how strong you are. Last night you wanted out of your crib and so you grabbed the edge and started to pull yourself up...needless to say, your crib is getting lowered this weekend. My back will pay the price for a while but I suppose it's worth it to keep you from cracking your head.
